Eating fish twice a week reduces joint pain
Boston: People suffering from arthritis and joint pains, if they eat twice oiled fish (oilfish) in the week, it reduces joints and swelling significantly.
Dr. Sarah Toddishi, expert, Burgaum & Women’s Hospital in Boston, says that if the fish is eaten, its benefit is equal to supplement and also has several experiments to identify it in which they contain fatty acid in the original fish. The overall amount of patients is given.
These experiences were performed on 176 patients and they were given a clear decrease in the severity of the disease if they were given fish or omega bags for a few weeks. The use of fish oil can also reduce the severity of the disease because it contains sufficient amount of omega-thaw fatty acids.
In a disease known as arthritis (a type of arthritis), the natural defense system of the body worsens and the bones of the bone attack, cause pain, inflammation, and swelling, while millions of patients suffer from it in Pakistan. Experts have emphasized that if people with joint pain and arthritis adopt a habit of eating food, it will benefit greatly.
